1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only. You may not use our content, products, or services to violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

2.  Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and ingredient details. However, we do not guarantee that product information is error-free, complete, or current. All products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional as needed.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States and selected international locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier   delays or unforeseen circumstances. Royal Sutton is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased, you may return the item to us within 14 days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund. We do not refund shipping charges; You’re responsible for paying the cost of shipping your product back to us. Please email us at returns@royalsuttons.com with the reasons for the return, and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if one is applicable.
  2. Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.
  3. Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
International Orders
We’re happy to server customers around the globe. While we currently can’t offer returns or exchanges on International shipments, we’re here to help with any questions or concerns.

6. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed through our system once per day in the order they were received, usually, by noon. All orders placed after noon will be processed the next business day. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.
Orders cannot be changed once processed. If we have not filled your order, you may request a cancelation by emailing us at orders@royalsuttons.com.
Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel an order. Before placing an order carefully review all details.

8. Intellectual Property
